The Australian Childhood Foundation is a highly regarded reputable national children's charity aiming to prevent child abuse and reduce the harm it causes to children, families and the community. It provides specialist trauma counselling and therapeutic care programs to children and young people affected by abuse, as well as running research, education and community capacity building programs.

About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive Fleet and Facilities Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in managing the administrative operations that underpin our fleet, facilities, infrastructure & internal systems support and procurement processes. Your contributions will ensure smooth, efficient, and effective support for the organisation and its staff.

About You (Key Selection Criteria):Remuneration & Benefits:

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven experience in a role focused on administration, fleet management, facilities, and/or procurement.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload with multiple deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement effective, creative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• A current driver's licence (or equivalent).

The successful applicant must hold a valid Working with Children Check and undergo a National Police Records Clearance.
