You will be joining a team that is focused on being a trusted partner, delivering reliable, professional customer service to our stakeholders and help us build a vibrant workplace where everyone thrives!

As a non-profit, non-government organisation, we've achieved substantial milestones in preventing child abuse through education, advocacy, research, and specialised therapeutic services. Our work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including the latest insights into the neurobiology of trauma, attachment theory, and child development.
As our HR Administrator, you will act as the HR Brand Ambassador, both behind the scenes and as well as the first level of support for HR enquires.
You will play a role helping us to attract, keep, and grow teams across Australia.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll support the key elements in an employees lifecycle, including:
You will play an important role in the delivery of employee experience at Australian Childhood Foundation.
