About the Role

As the Strategic Projects Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and Strategic Projects Manager, you will provide project coordination, stakeholder engagement, administrative support to the CEO, and reporting assistance to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the CEO and Head of Strategic Projects with project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring key deliverables are met.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement efforts, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and documenting key discussions.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate records of timelines, milestones, and actions.
  • Provide administrative support for strategic initiatives, including drafting reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, helping to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a positive can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and/or a passion for exploring how AI can assist in your role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • (Desirable) Experience in membership organisations, not-for-profits or multi-faceted organisations
