We are recruiting for two positions - a NED in fundraising and a NED in finance and/or legal. The roles are remote and available to candidates Australia wide.

We Are Seeking:

A passionate and visionary Independent Non-Executive Director to enrich our Board with strategic guidance, oversight, and advocacy. Role and Duties:

• Provide strategic direction to ensure AVR’s objectives are achieved with efficiency and innovation.
• Oversee and evaluate the organisation's financial and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory obligations.
• Act as an ambassador for AVR, promoting its mission, values, and achievements within and beyond the community.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of AVR’s strategic goals, policies, and risk management procedures.
• Engage in board meetings, committee work, and strategic planning sessions.
