About the Partner Organisation: 

The Thuso E TlaTsoa Kae Centre strives to provide a supportive learning centre and environment for its’ students who live with a range of disabilities. The centre aims to assist their students to gain skills so that they are able to live as independently as possible, and to have meaningful roles in their families and communities. Activities provided at the centre include an individual assessment of each student to determine their current skill level, and set goals to form the basis of each student’s Individual Education Plan.

This assignment would support the school principal and the teacher responsible for managing school projects with the skills on how to effectively manage the projects. These projects form part of learning activities for the students and are a source of income generation for the school's sustainability.

About the Position: 

• You’ll be working closely with the teacher responsible for project management to review, design and implement proper strategies for running and managing the projects including recording and measuring of outcomes.
• You’ll need some experience in a relevant area such as agriculture, marketing or business management.
• You’ll have the opportunity to support an organisation offering people with disabilities a better future in Africa.
