AWLQ is contracted by the Ipswich City Council to manage the Ipswich Animal Rehoming Centre and provides service to the community and their pets.
As the Rehoming Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, client and council relationship management, staff management and the facilitation of change management. You will work with our dedicated team and volunteers to ensure the welfare of animals in care including dogs, cats, livestock, and small pets is to the highest standard. You will progress animals through the Centre efficiently and effectively to reduce time in care and maximise animal welfare and rehoming.
The Ipswich Rehoming Centre is entering an exciting phase with extensive renovations occurring through the administration, customer and animal housing facilities.
This is a hands-on Management role, with the successful candidate also contributing to daily activities supporting their team.
