The Ticketing and Customer Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Ticketing & CRM Manager – across ticketing, customer service and administration.

The Ticketing & Customer Service assistant will provide administrative support to the Ticketing & CRM Manager to ensure the smooth running of Bangarra’s ticketing activity. They will handle sales transactions accurately and always provide excellent customer service. They will also support the ticketing needs of other departments, merchandise sales, and venue hire bookings.
