We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Senior CRM Technical Consultant to join our Information Technology department. This role will be based in our Collingwood head office and will report to the Business Support Manager.
As a key member of the CRM support team, the technical consultant will support the bank in the day to day administration of CRM, and also contribute to the delivery of enhancements. This role will act as a key resource that manages complex technical components that enable successful support of CRM.

What you will be doing
- Be a key resource that manages the Dynamics support-model, ranging from system break-fix scenarios through to implementing technical components such integration, infrastructure, plug-ins and complex reporting requirements.
- Support the CRM system by managing and resolving incidents and service requests, and work with third party vendors to resolve issues.
- Be a subject matter expert by providing technical support, guidance and direction on technical components such integration, infrastructure, plug-ins and complex reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal SME’s and external consultants to understand and design current and future state technical architectures required to support CRM
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Work as part of the Information technology (IT) department to changes to CRM aligns with the bank’s governance and change management framework
- Assist in solution deployment activities across all installed instances of CRM.
What you will bring
- Demonstrable experience working with the Dynamics CRM systems
- Solid previous experience in supporting end-to-end applications
- Previous CRM support experience is essential
- Experience in governance principles around change management
- Experience with process optimisation using technology solutions
- Ability to communicate strategic and technical concepts with clarity to stakeholders across all levels of technical competence
- Proven ability and experience in working with third party providers and vendors
- Knowledge of technical languages such as SQL, SSIS, SSRS, JavaScript, HTML and .Net Frameworks
- Knowledge of integration components such as API’s, direct-query and other integration adaptors required to support CRM and associated applications
- Ability to lead, manage and participate in a dynamic team of inter-disciplinary professionals
- Demonstrable ability to provide strategic advice and recommendations to management
- Ability to represent the organisation to external clients and suppliers
