We’re seeking a strategic and continuous improvement focused Inclusive Employment Pathways Coordinator to lead our team and design and oversee initiatives that create clear pathways to meaningful employment.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of a long-term vision for inclusive employment programs, positioning the organisation as a leader in workforce equity and innovation
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, industry leaders, educational institutions, government bodies, and community organisations to expand the reach and impact of employment pathways
  • Establish a high-performing team culture that prioritises innovation, accountability, and excellence in program delivery

What you'll bring/what we are looking for

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Work, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) principles and experience embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into employment pathway initiatives
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Experience in employment pathways, workforce development, or career services, with a focus on supporting individuals from diverse and underrepresented communities
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver specific outcomes within clearly defined time and resource constraints
  • Ability to manage program area budgets and operate within local government procurement and finance requirements

Pre-employment requirements

  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Current Working with Children’s Check
  • Psychometric Assessment

  • Salary range $122,479.30 to $136,887.38 per annum plus super
  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave - primary carer/2 weeks of paid parental leave - partner
