As a key member of People & Culture (P&C) team, you are the conduit between the organisation’s leadership and core team, regarding BaptistCare’s Human Resources (HR) & Employment Law matters.
Working closely with the HR & Employment Relations Lead, you will develop best practice solutions, strategies and programs to deliver BaptistCare’s strategic and operational workforce objectives. You will scan the external environment and actively develop and engage your diverse professional network to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to evolve our HR practices.
If you are an experienced HR professional with a collaborative and empowering leadership style, who enjoys building and embedding greater capability and confidence in relation to HR and Employee Relations best practice, then we would love to hear from you!
