About the role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, passionate and high-performing Marketing Executive to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across channels including website, CRM, social media, email communication, collateral production and campaign execution to achieve the organisation’s agreed business goals and objectives.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

• Qualification in Marketing or 5yrs experience in a similar role managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
• Superior project management skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, budgets, maintain attention to detail and to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in managing creative briefs and working collaboratively with the dedicated design team to achieve business campaign targets
• Current driver’s license and commitment to occasional travel
• A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values
• Experience in direct marketing, email marketing, marketing automation or CRM is desirable.
