Role Overview

The Business Manager is responsible for the business management of the organisation. This includes, but not limited to, financial management, human resources, procurement, audits and evaluations and ongoing business and centre improvement.

The Business Manager is part of the organisation’s Management Team, works directly to the Executive Officer and assisted by the Administration Team, bookkeeper and accountant. The role supports Board reporting including attending Finance, Risk and Audit Board Committee Meetings, budget development, financial monitoring and risk management.

  • You have Bachelor Degree and/or Post Graduate qualifications and experience in finance, business development, human resources, administration and/or ability to demonstrate skills transferable to the responsibilities required in this role.
