For over 30 years, Barung Landcare has united individuals passionate about sustaining and caring for the stunning natural environment of the Blackall Range and surrounding regions.
The Sunshine Coast is home to an extraordinary diversity of flora and fauna, including over 10% of Australia’s native plant species. As one of the country’s fastest-growing regions, it is vital to preserve and regenerate these natural areas in the face of ongoing environmental challenges, including climate change.
Barung Landcare contributes to this mission through its well-established wholesale and retail native plant nursery, community education programs, and essential bush regeneration services. Join our dedicated team in helping create a sustainable and biodiverse future for the Sunshine Coast.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the Barung Landcare Nursery in Landsborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of local plants and forest types, experience working in horticulture or a related field, excellent organisational skills, commitment to the environment and a strong work ethic. This is a full time role, however there is some flexibility.
Join Barung Landcare and help shape a sustainable and biodiverse future for the Sunshine Coast!
