You’re an experienced leader with a strong track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You thrive on developing and implementing organisational development strategies that drive real impact.

You bring expertise in:

• Leading performance management frameworks and coaching leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
• Designing and delivering employee engagement strategies that cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Developing leadership programs and championing equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, especially within local government or similar sectors.

Your ability to inspire and guide others, combined with your deep commitment to continuous improvement makes you a valuable asset in shaping a future-ready and inclusive workforce.
