Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support and instruction to individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Develop and implement individualised plans to promote independence, social skills, and community participation
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support
- Maintain accurate records and reports on individual progress and support provided
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing high-quality support
