Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support and instruction to individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Assist with daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Develop and implement individualised plans to promote independence, social skills, and community participation
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support
• Maintain accurate records and reports on individual progress and support provided

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing high-quality support
