  • Competitive Salary: Band 3 - $67,200 p.a. + 11.5% superannuation
  • Location: Two roles available one based in Sandringham and one in Carnegie with limited flexibility to work from home

About the Role

The Rostering Support Officer role reports directly to the Rostering Officer and is pivotal in supporting the preparation and maintenance of rosters for our growing team of support workers.  

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from support workers, clients and their families, agencies, and internal staff.
  • Proactively contacting clients regarding their rostered bookings, prior to service provision.
  • Inputting accurate service notes and information into Council's client management system in a timely manner.
  • Responding to service requests and routine enquiries.
  • In addition, and where required, you will be required to backfill the Rostering Officers during planned and unplanned leave.

 Mandatory pre-employment requirements

  • Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
  • Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
