In this rewarding role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Offer one-on-one assistance, and help with social outings, shopping, and domestic tasks.
• Enhance seniors’ quality of life by fostering belonging and fulfillment through meaningful interactions.
• Support daily living activities, including housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care needs.
• Assist with respite care and help clients attend appointments and outings, promoting their independence.

We have multiple positions available, offering flexible working arrangements.

About You

• You are flexible to travel to different client locations
• You are able to fluently communicate in other languages, specifically Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Full NSW Driver’s License/access to a car and comprehensive car insurance is a bonus, but not a necessity
• Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability/Individual Support or related field. Desirable.
• You have demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable people as well as CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) backgrounds and complex needs
• You have a sound understanding of Work Health & Safety standards
