Are you looking for a new exciting role starting in January 2020?

BCD is a registered Charity who is seeking a Customer Service expert where Customer Service is your middle name.

Reporting to the CEO you will be part of our Leadership Team and be able to deal with the growing pains of an expanding business while managing a small team plus over 100 staff working remotely. You will be working within a supportive environment based at our Smeaton Grange office with regular visits to our Mittagong branch.

About You:

  • Are you a systems wizard?
  • Flexible and adaptive to change?
  • Experience in the Disability or Community Services environment
  • Have a background in Community Service or similar
  • Must be experienced in HR and/or performance management
  • You will have knowledge of both the NDIS and Aged Care Legislation
  • Ability to manage a small team of office staff and over 100 remote care workers
  • Able to monitor KPIs
  • Ability to work with customers from diverse cultures and at different stages of their lifespan
