As the Intake Clinician, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support through the Step Thru Care program. You will play a crucial role in conducting intake assessments, risk assessments, and coordinating care to ensure individuals receive the support they need. Working collaboratively with our partners Maryborough and District Health and Central Highlands Rural Health, you will help address co-occurring and independent MH and AOD support needs
