Are you an experienced Podiatrist looking to take the next step into a leadership position and be part of a team helping our community to achieve the best possible health and wellbeing?
As the Podiatry Clinical Lead you will provide clinical leadership and line management of the Podiatry team, to ensure the provision of high quality podiatry services to Ballarat Community Health clients. You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate clinical standards are maintained in podiatry services across the organisation, managing clinical risks, provision of clinical supervision, completing discipline specific audits, monitoring and managing performance of podiatry staff, professional development planning, and discipline service planning, coordination, evaluation and monitoring.
The Podiatry Clinical Lead is required to work a minimum of 0.6 – 0.8 EFT podiatry clinical hours in negotiation with the Allied Health Manager, to provide quality care and education to clients within the Ballarat region (including CWH, CHSP, HACC PYP, MBS and NDIS eligible clients). This will include clinical treatments, early intervention screenings, educational sessions and the provision of orthoses. The clinical EFT minimum requirement may change at times depending on organisational needs.
