As a Senior GP, you will play a key role in shaping the clinical standards of our medical services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. You’ll provide professional leadership and supervision to GPs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes best practices and continuous improvement. You will also lead GP workforce development and play a vital role in clinical governance, ensuring our services are safe, effective, and patient-focused.

Ballarat Community Health have GPs working across three sites in Ballarat, offering a full range of services including the management of chronic disease and sexual and reproductive health. The clinics are well supported with Nurses, Practice Managers and Customer Service teams, in addition to the broader BCH team who provide allied health, AOD, mental health, counselling and health promotion services.
