We are looking for passionate individuals with life experience and/or an interest to share in sports, art, music, drama, craft, coaching, or teaching to enrich the children's learning experiences.

As a member of our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) team, you'll enjoy multiple casual positions with up to 75 hours per fortnight, offering a variety of opportunities such as before and after school care and holiday (vacation care). At CRCS, there's room for growth within your career as you become an integral part of our friendly and professional team.

Your role involves implementing diverse activities and programs, setting up both indoor and outdoor equipment, ensuring cleanliness and food preparation, as well as considerate supervision of the children.

We are seeking individuals with excellent people skills, high energy levels, and patience, who are dedicated to offering top-notch play-based care. Your satisfaction will come from helping children master new skills while ensuring they actively participate and enjoy their time.

At CRCS, we value creativity and welcome your input. Whether you have experience in OSHC, teaching, coaching, or are currently studying, we embrace your unique skills and offer a supportive environment for your growth and success. We are committed to your professional development through comprehensive learning and development programs.

If you are ready to make a positive impact on the lives of local children, we invite you to join our team at CRCS. Bring your special skills, passion, and enthusiasm, and experience a workplace that values your growth and success.

We look forward to hearing from you!
