Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities by offering tailored support that enables them to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives. We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager to join our team and drive excellence in service delivery.

About the Role

As the Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of client-focused disability support services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a dedicated team of staff, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our clients and align with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our disability support services, including Day Services, community-based programs, and individual supports.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with NDIS requirements, organisational policies, and industry best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their voices are central to service planning and delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base and expand service offerings in line with organisational goals.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, fostering a positive workplace culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor service quality through regular reviews, feedback mechanisms, and reporting processes.
  • Manage budgets effectively while ensuring resource allocation aligns with client needs.
  • Represent the organisation at community events, stakeholder meetings, and industry forums.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a compassionate leader with strong operational skills and a commitment to empowering people with disabilities. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in managing disability support or community services programs (NDIS experience highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, compliance requirements, and person-centered approaches.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in Disability Support, Community Services, Management, or a related field (highly desirable).
