Our client is a prominent Not-For-Profit Organisation and a leader in their field. They are searching for a new addition to their talented, supportive and fun People and Culture team.

This is a part-time opportunity, 21 hours a week with the option of working three of four days on site being part time role.

The P&C Business Partner is responsible for providing a range of high quality, accurate and timely human resources advice and support services to ensure the successful delivery of people management initiatives, projects, and reporting activities across the organisation.

Main Duties

  • Provide high quality, accurate and timely human resources advice and support to managers and employees
  • Deliver a range of HR administrative and support services
  • Update and maintain HR records and databases complying with administrative systems and processes and compliance requirements
  • Develop and implement programs to support and enhance employee wellbeing
  • Provide end-to-end support for recruitment activities
  • Support development and implementation of career development programs

Candidates who will be successful in this position

You will have previous experience contributing to the People and Culture function internally and have a growth mindset, as well as being very comfortable operating at both the strategic and operational levels.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related
  • Discipline and experience working in a similar role
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidence
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant Awards, legislation and policy
  • Experience using HR management systems (HRMS)
  • Multi-tasker, able to adjust to different needs and stakeholders, with great attention to detail
