Mental health and suicide prevention charity, Mates in Construction are looking for a new General Manager of Mining, Energy & Manufacturing, with operational and strategic experience.
MATES in Mining/Energy/Manufacturing, in partnership with the Australian Mining, Energy & Manufacturing industries (Employers and Unions), prevents suicide and achieves improved mental health and wellbeing outcomes for workers and their families through quality programs and education, professional support, capacity building and research.
The General Manager, strategic role involves leveraging industry relationships, providing strong leadership, and ensuring effective program management. Managing a team of 16, this role will be focusing on developing and nurturing their capabilities whilst focusing on partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
