About the role:

As the Supporter Relationship Specialist, you’ll manage a national portfolio of mid-value supporters, individuals, churches & schools, cultivating long-term, values-based relationships primarily over the phone. You’ll be an advocate, a listener, and a partner, someone who understands the power of generosity and stewardship.

About you:

You have a passion for people and purpose with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and aligned with the Christian mission of the organisation.

You have experience in fundraising, sales, or donor development with a strong record in growing and maintaining relationships. You are proactive with a solutions-focused approach, and excellent time management skills. You have strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and PowerPoint).

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, nurture and grow relationships with a portfolio of mid-level donors across Australia
• Personalise supporter journeys—building meaningful connections that lead to increased financial and non-financial support
• Qualify and research donor prospects to identify opportunities for deeper engagement
• Support the bequest program alongside our Gift in Wills team
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns and communications
• Track supporter interactions and performance in our CRM system
• Represent the organisation at events, schools, churches and community engagements
• Celebrate generosity—thanking, acknowledging, and inspiring our supporters in timely and heartfelt ways
