As the Supporter Relationship Specialist, you’ll manage a national portfolio of mid-value supporters, individuals, churches & schools, cultivating long-term, values-based relationships primarily over the phone. You’ll be an advocate, a listener, and a partner, someone who understands the power of generosity and stewardship.
You have a passion for people and purpose with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and aligned with the Christian mission of the organisation.
You have experience in fundraising, sales, or donor development with a strong record in growing and maintaining relationships. You are proactive with a solutions-focused approach, and excellent time management skills. You have strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and PowerPoint).
