Be Centre is an impactful charity providing one-to-one Play Therapy for kids aged 3–12 years. We are dedicated to early intervention, stopping cycles of harm, and helping children heal from difficulties and major trauma, so they can thrive. Our mission is to provide hope and healing through Play Therapy, and to empower children who are experiencing emotional, social, or behavioural difficulties to be the best they can be.
It is estimated that 1 in 7 children has a mental health issue. Mental health disorders can significantly impact family life and adversely affect children’s learning. We predict that mental health issues will become more prominent as the economic effects of COVID-19 become apparent.
You are a natural leader with a strong background in clinical operations and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Your ability to manage teams, improve workflows, and maintain high standards of service will be essential in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly.
In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support clinical staff, and collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance service delivery.
With your organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll ensure that our centre remains compliant with regulations and continues to provide top-quality care to our clients. Join us in making a lasting impact on healthcare delivery.
This is a full time role but part-time may be considered.

Our ancillary programs include Art Club and Season's for Growth which is a transitional program for children who have completed their therapeutic journey.
We are proud of the work we do and our positive impact is clearly demonstrated in our latest Impact Report.
