What will you be doing?

At bellette Alice Springs, you will be involved in everything from state-wide campaigns to major rebranding and inspired print and digital designs. bellette Alice Springs is a medium sized office with a multi-disciplinary staff base forming part of a team of 8 located in Alice Springs, Darwin and Adelaide.

Creatively our work covers branding, environmental graphics, digital marketing, advertising, print and publications. Your task will be to produce outstanding design layout and typography that effortlessly proceeds to production with the highest pre-press standards.

Enquiries, client consultations, brief taking, image and information collection and problem-solving creative graphic solutions will all form part of your day. You will work independently within our project management systems to plan and record your activity and time to meet budgets and timeframes accurately.

We’ve got our nose in everything, so there isn’t much you won’t get to be participating in.

Skills & requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent design skills, comprehensive experience with pre-press, an efficient and self motivated work ethic, and communication skills that aid smooth working relationships with team members and clients.

Essential

• a portfolio ranging from simple to complex solutions
• extensive expertise within the Adobe CS
• typographic understanding and proficiency
• proven experience in varied pre-press requirements for print and digital
• communication skills that engender team respect, efficient and thorough job briefs, and repeat work
• independent ability to manage time, project budgets and timelines
• ability to self supervise, and work accountably
• Australian residency, willing to move and live in Alice Springs
• Current Drivers Licence
• Min. 12mth - 2yr commitment

Advantageous experience

• previous use of Cloud based tools for sharing and work accountability
• a love for typography
• interest / practice in photography
• animation experience
• ability to write content
• quoting
