What will you be doing?

At bellette, you will be involved in everything from state-wide campaigns to major rebranding and inspired print designs.

Creatively our work covers branding, environmental graphics, digital marketing, advertising, print, publications and websites. Your task will be to produce outstanding design layout and typography that effortlessly proceeds to production with the highest pre-press standards.

Enquiries, client consultations, brief taking, image and information collection and problem solving creative graphic solutions will all form part of your day. You will work independently within our project management systems to plan and record your activity and time to meet budgets and timeframes accurately.

We’ve got our nose in everything, so there isn’t much you won’t be participating in.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent design skills, comprehensive experience with pre-press, an efficient and self motivated work ethic, and communication skills that aid smooth working relationships with team members and clients.

Essential

• A portfolio ranging from simple to complex solutions
• Extensive expertise within the Adobe CS
• Typographic understanding and proficiency
• Proven experience in varied pre-press requirements for print and digital
• Communication skills that engender team respect, efficient and thorough job briefs, and repeat work
• Independent ability to manage time, project budgets and timelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to self supervise, and work accountability
• Australian residency
• Current drivers licence
• Minimum 12 month - 2 year commitment

Advantageous experience/interests

• Previous use of Cloud based tools for sharing and work accountability
• A love for typography
• Interest / practice in photography
• Ability to write content
• Quoting
• Living in Alice Springs
