Since we launched with a range of six wallets 13+ years ago , we now release about 50 new products a year (give or take). We’re growing, and our Production team, (key to getting all of these products and those yet to come, out into the world) is searching for a quality specialist to ensure our customers receive products they love and will continue to use for a long time.
We select our materials based on a balance of functionality, durability and their ability to age gracefully. We are also committed to making them environmentally sustainable – using fabrics made from recycled and plant-derived materials, and sourcing leathers with the least environmental impact.
Reporting to our Production and Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll be responsible for running our quality control and assurance process. You will oversee the inspection of batches at different stages of pre-production to bulk production, identifying quality issues and reviewing quality reports from both internal and external sources. You will communicate these findings with our overseas manufacturers and internal product development team to mitigate potential issues while maintaining QC documentation and quality data to ensure consistency throughout the product life cycle. Things change quickly and you’ll also be expected to improve processes and support our production team to develop and implement quality systems along the way.
Bring us your sharp eye for detail, passion for quality control and desire for continuous improvement. In return, we’ll provide you with quality products to work with, a great team to work alongside and impactful work.
We make great products that delight people in their everyday lives. We help our staff love their work and grow as people. We believe in working to help make the world a better place. As a certified B Corp , we pursue better ways to source our leathers (for environmental impact and animal welfare), reduce our impact on the environment and make sure our products last as long as possible. We are constantly looking for better ways to do… well, everything.
This is a full-time role based in our Collingwood office.
Start Day: We're ready when you are!
