We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager role on a full time basis. This position will be based at our Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 9 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Our support office is a thriving, supportive and friendly environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with other passionate people.

The Talent Acquisition Manager supports the Head of Talent and Capability to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategy and plans.

The role leads the end to end recruitment services across Benetas, embracing opportunities to continuously improve and streamline the process to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experiences. The role will also support the expansion of services through recruitment campaigns and designing innovative talent attraction initiatives.

Your day to day activities include

  • Build a proactive market strategy that delivers quality candidates on time, talent pooling and pipelining qualified candidates
  • Ensure contemporary practice and a streamlined service is delivered to both candidates and hiring managers, meeting business and operational needs, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Coach, mentor and train leaders and key stakeholders in recruitment best practice, system functionality and requirements to optimise the Benetas e-recruitment system and achieve exceptional and efficient recruitment outcomes
  • Design and oversee the development and preparation of accurate monthly recruitment performance reports to guide decision making and delivery of KPIs
  • Coach and develop the team to support a high performance and continuous improvement culture

To thrive in the role you will have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related field with demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experienced in an in-house Talent Acquisition role or recruitment agency consultant
  • Successful Stakeholder and Candidate management experience, with demonstrated business partnering capability
  • Technology savvy to support processes and reporting capability
  • Experience with high volume recruitment working to KPIs and tight budgets
