The Assistant Director Child Youth & Families, working closely with the Regional Director and Assistant Director Out of Home Care, will provide coaching, leadership and guidance to a large team spread across South East Victoria. This position has responsibility for ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered to children, young people and families accessing services across a diverse range of programs in a large geographical region. This role will be responsible for connecting with local community groups and services and maximising opportunities for service development.
