The Injury Management Consultant role will be accountable for promoting and applying our Early Intervention and Injury Management framework, systems and processes that will support a safety prevention focused culture that will result in a reduction in workplace injury and illness, Work Cover claims and improved return to work outcomes for injured staff.
This role is based in Richmond but has a mix of working in the office and from home. Regular travel to our regional offices is also required in this role.
This position is a key Injury Management Consultant role to further develop Berry Street’s commitment to health and safety, injury prevention and management; and risk management strategies to mitigate the risk of Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) and other WHS risks.
