We are seeking a proactive and strategic Manager, Service Desk to lead our IT support team. This is an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our organisation by ensuring exceptional service delivery. With a ‘customer-first’ mindset, you will play a vital role in enabling staff to carry out their work effectively across Berry Street’s programs and services.
