We are looking for an Multisystemic Therapy Practitioner to provide in-home clinical services to young people aged 10-17 who are at risk of entering or have recently entered Out of Home Care. You will support them and their families by addressing the root causes of antisocial behaviour, using a family-centred approach that fosters long-term change.
