As the Senior Manager for Foster Care Recruitment, Retention and Development, you will help Berry Street achieve strategic objectives under our Home Based Care Strategy. You will be responsible for implementing and leading an innovative, organisation-wide Carer Retention Strategy.
You will establish a comprehensive state-wide approach to our Foster and Kinship Carer training and support our Regional teams who assess potential carers.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role with a salary package equivalent of up to 120K - 140K inc. super and Salary packaging.
This is a hybrid role, based out of Berry Street’s Richmond and Eaglemont Offices, both on Wurundjeri Country, with regular travel across regional Victoria.
