The Team Leader is part of the Home-Based Care Leadership team that provides support, supervision and direction to case managers and the wider staffing group. The role promotes a culture of continuous quality improvement in the delivery of Residential Care Case Management & Targeted Care Packages to a diverse mix of young people with varying needs.
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a demonstrated understanding of the Child Protection system and the needs of children and young people entering the Out of Home Care (OoHC) system. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that best practice principles of care and support are afforded to the children and young people in our care.
You will hold a Bachelor qualification in Social Work, Youth Work or other related discipline, and Sound knowledge of Therapeutic Care principles and legislation regarding the Child, Youth & Family Act.
