Caring for children and families for over 120 years in Victoria, bestchance now has an opportunity for an experienced Pedagogy Leader in its revised Early Years Structure.

Bestchance is a not-for-profit organisation intent on building stronger communities, healthier families and happier childhoods. We achieve this through the provision of quality education, care and therapy services for children, support programs for families, and related national accredited training qualifications.

This position initiates and supports to embed a culture of contemporary early childhood practice and pedagogy across our early education and care services, including kindergarten, family day care and child care programs. Ensuring consistently high quality practices that contribute to positive outcomes for all children as defined in the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.

The Early Years Pedagogical Leader will be part time (0.9 FTE) and will form part of the Early Years Leadership Team.
