Reporting to the National Community Development Manager, you’ll do this and more over your flexible work week:

  • Develop and implement initiatives, programs, products and services which support our community customers and partners, whilst returning value to our people and the organisation.
  • Manage the Bank’s key community partnerships both in the ACT, but also where we hold National partnerships.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and planning to achieve our community targets and reach our strategic organisational goals.
  • Represent the Bank within the community sector, B Corp community and with other industry bodies through networking and other events.
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve our strategic goals.

You will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Proven experience in business development planning and implementation. Within the community and/or banking sector would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in building positive relationships.
  • Experience in managing the interests of internal and external parties.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A commitment to the principle of mutuality and sustainability.
  • A strong commitment to the community sector.

We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and at pace but enjoys contributing to a highly collaborative and dynamic team.
