The Community Development Manager (CDM), is a dynamic and results-driven business development professional ready to make a significant impact across the Sydney region.
You will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities, especially within the vibrant community and B Corp sectors. You should thrive on building strong and impactful relationships that provide shared value but also elevate our brand presence and showcase the positive impact we aim to create in our communities.
We are seeking someone who loves to collaborate as you work closely with many internal teams to ensure we are all aligned in building sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships and outcomes. You’ll be a key player in embodying and promoting our values and practices, making a real difference every day.

You should be a driven and goal-focused person. You possess a strong passion for the community sector and creating value by building new business opportunities that support and enhance customers and non-customers. You love building relationships and collaborating and would be effective in engaging with community partners and internal departments.

The Community Development team at Beyond Bank focuses on expanding the bank's market presence and fostering strong community relationships. This team identifies new business opportunities and develops partnerships within the community and B Corp sector. They work collaboratively across departments to enhance our brand awareness and to deliver sustainable business growth in areas like business banking, wealth management, insurance, and lending. Committed to the bank's values and quality standards, the team ensures high-quality support for community partners while meeting financial targets.
