Key responsibilities
- Resident-Centred Care: Ensure all residents are treated with dignity and respect, overseeing care forums and service quality.
- Clinical Excellence & Compliance: Partner with Registered Nurses, allied health professionals, and external agencies to deliver outstanding care while meeting aged care standards.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor, recruit, and manage an interdisciplinary care team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline care operations, resource allocation, and service delivery to optimise efficiency and meet key performance targets.
- Family & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate transparently with families and lead case conferences, ensuring trust and alignment in care planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in care delivery, policies, and processes, ensuring best practices are implemented.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Proven experience leading care operations in aged care, healthcare, or a similar clinical setting.
- Experience in team leadership, workforce planning, and performance coaching.
- Familiarity with aged care regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Proficiency in care management systems (e.g., iCare) and technology-driven care solutions.
