Your Role:

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our hospitality services, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding service, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You'll lead a dedicated team of chefs, supervisors, and waitstaff, fostering a positive and professional environment where everyone thrives.

With a focus on financial stewardship, team development, and operational efficiency, you'll ensure our residents enjoy a consistently high standard of service. You'll also manage functions, events, and catering operations, creating memorable experiences for everyone involved. Your leadership will help enhance the lifestyle and well-being of our village residents and their guests.

Who We're Looking For:

You are a compassionate and customer-focused leader with a passion for creating exceptional hospitality experiences. Your ability to manage teams, optimize operations, and connect with residents and guests will be key to your success in this role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: You can inspire, mentor, and develop a hospitality team.
  • Excellent Customer Service: You're passionate about creating positive dining experiences for our residents and their guests.
  • Operational & Financial Acumen: You have experience in menu planning, stock control, and budget management.
  • Attention to Detail: You can coordinate functions, events, and service delivery with precision.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Compliance: You understand RSA regulations, food safety standards, and HACCP protocols.
  • Experience managing a café, restaurant, or function venue (banquet experience is desirable).
  • Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
