In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team of product owners and analysts, working across platforms like Workday, UKG, ServiceNow, and more to ensure our digital investments deliver real value. Your leadership will enable smooth transitions to new HR systems, drive user adoption, and help create a digitally fluent, future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a cohesive digital adoption strategy across all HR platforms.
  • Lead change initiatives to ensure smooth onboarding of new systems and features.
  • Drive continuous improvement by tracking digital adoption KPIs and analysing impact.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and vendors to optimise system functionality and user experience.
  • Embed a user-centric approach, gathering feedback and improving digital workflows.
  • Build and lead a team of 7+ Product Owners and Analysts across core HR platforms.
  • Ensure cost-effective vendor management and governance across all platforms.

About You

You're an experienced digital HR leader who can see the big picture, build relationships, and deliver practical solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

  • Deep knowledge of platforms like Workday HCM, UKG, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Track record of managing HR tech implementations and driving adoption
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and system roadmaps
  • Budget management and performance reporting experience
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving ability

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR or digital transformation, with proven leadership in tech-driven initiatives
