If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Mental Health Practitioner in Anglicare's Emotional Wellbeing for Older Persons team
As a Mental Health Practitioner for the Emotional Wellbeing for Older Persons Program, you will play a vital role in providing counselling and holistic mental health support to our elderly clients living in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) across the Western Sydney Region. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing personalised treatment plans, offering individual and group counselling sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. This is a remote job, travelling to see clients at multiple facilities within the Western Sydney PHN region.
This position is a full-time maximum term role until 27th Feb 2026, paid at SCHADS award, level 5 and based at Parramatta.
