- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing project strategies, preferably within the aged care or retirement living industry.
- Experience in change management and PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated project management expertise in a complex environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
