Position details:

Permanent Full Time, 38 hours per week

Location: Start location Norwest if commencing prior to February 17th - Move to Macquarie Park as of 24th February

Your Role:

As a Scheduling Officer, you'll be the linchpin of our operations, ensuring staff are rostered efficiently and accurately. Your work will directly contribute to the well-being of our clients and the smooth running of our services.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Be the friendly voice and helpful hand that ensures our clients are happy and satisfied.
• Master Administration and Scheduling: Keep our operations running like clockwork by documenting, optimising, maintaining, and publishing staff rosters. Ensure all documentation is completed and forwarded to Payroll accurately and on time.
• Champion Our Christian Values: Embody and promote our Christian values, fostering a positive and supportive culture. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of Anglicare At Home.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in community-based aged care services
• Proficiency in using rostering systems, preferably in a home care environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities
• A commitment to safety and Christian values
