Anglicare have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tailored Support Coordinator to join our Housing team!
For many years, Anglicare has provided affordable housing options for vulnerable people. Our Social and Affordable Housing Program targets people aged over 55 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness throughout the Sydney and Illawarra regions. We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional who will support Anglicare's Mission by providing Tailored Support to our tenants in our Social and Affordable Housing Program. Based at Minto, you will be responsible for delivery of person-centred support coordination services to tenants to ensure they achieve personal goals.
This is a Maximum Term (till February 2027) Part-Time, 3 days a week maternity leave cover based at Anglicare Liverpool Hub Office. You will be required to support residents in community housing at Botany (Fernbank) and Fairfield (Boroni) Housing sites. As a mobile workforce member, the job involves traveling between these sites to assist residents. You will need your driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
