Omega Support Group is an established provider of NDIS services for people with disability and psychosocial support needs. We work across metropolitan Melbourne, providing support that includes community access, in home support, skill building and developmental programs.

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as demand for our services continues to grow. Our Support Workers bring a variety of life experience to their role and this enables us to match our participants with people who share common interests, hobbies, language and culture.

We are looking for people who have strong communication skills, personal resilience and the ability to be creative and think outside the box as you support participants to fulfil their goals.

Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded but not essential. We will provide support and necessary training for people who have the personal qualities valued by the people we support.

Salary: $40.00 – $45.00 pe

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
