The Director Fundraising and Marketing will work with Leadership, CEO, and staff, lead the development, implementation, and ongoing review of income growth strategies to increase revenue.
Be the leader for strategic change to increase financial resources available for conservation priorities and organisation capacity. Grow BirdLife Australia’s philanthropic income and fundraising outcomes leading a small and dynamic team and inspiring an income generation and philanthropic culture across the organisation.
Be the lead for the ongoing development and execution of the Digital Engagement Strategy and to ensure BirdLife’s fundraising practices comply with government regulations and charity best practice guidance.

This is an ongoing, permanent full-time position (1.0 FTE). Please note, that this is a hybrid position working in a home-based environment and our Melbourne Head Office.
