Blue Knot Foundation is the National Centre for Excellence for Complex Trauma. We empower recovery and build resilience for the more than 5 million Australian adults who experience the impacts of complex trauma. Our role is to develop and disseminate best practice and research evidence around complex trauma, build national workforce capacity around trauma-informed practice, and drive systemic change within organisations and the community.
This exciting new position reports to the Marketing and Campaigns Lead and is responsible for the management and maximisation of Blue Knot Foundation’s digital presence. Our aim is to ensure an engaging and user-friendly experience across web, email, and social platforms.
The role involves management of multiple websites, peer forum, email marketing automation, digital advertising, and data analytics to enhance engagement and improve user experience. It requires a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRM systems, and UX principles to drive effective marketing campaigns and content strategies.
The successful applicant is experienced in digital marketing, web management, and customer journey optimisation. This position requires the ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for digital improvement. Each day offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance Blue Knot Foundation’s digital reach.
The position is part of a focused, fun, committed, and collaborative team, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about being part of a growing organisation.
This permanent full-time role is fully remote and can be based in any location across Australia within NSW, QLD, SA or VIC. We value our time together online and in person, so all team members attend the Team Days and workshops in North Sydney, NSW throughout the year to support this connection. We also offer additional paid leave days for professional development, salary packaging, a trauma-sensitive culture, access to resources and training, and the opportunity to contribute to the community by spreading awareness of the impacts of complex trauma.
It is a requirement that this role holder has a valid and current national police check/criminal History Check and a valid and current Working with Children/Vulnerable Persons clearance for the duration of their employment.
As this role is based at home, maintenance of a safe and WH&S compliant home office space with access to a reliable internet connection with speed tier of NBN100/40 or better, due to role content, is required.
